We are Strong, Proud, Beautiful Women
We are women who refuse to whimper and whine and curl up in a ball and die. We are women who are not going to let one dumb person destroy our life. We are not going to let one person who didn’t “get” us (or what it takes to have the good life) make us miserable.
What is MDR Community?
It’s a safe, secure, comforting community of Women who get it. Women who are going to battle and push our way through this and in the process become wiser and more beautiful and more fulfilled and content and more loved than ever.

You will find women who’ve been where you are and provide a place for you to talk and vent and let it all out. Ask questions and share your own insights and wisdom with others. That’s the power of this community. Even though you may feel weak, you can still offer a word of encouragement to someone else. That’s part of healing, too.
Sharing your wisdom with others makes you stronger and reinforces your own healing. Sometimes we know what we should do, but in the middle of our pain, we forget. By suggesting solutions to someone else, we see them more clearly for ourselves.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
– Mark Twain
“I am writing to tell u what a blessing ur site has been for me. My counselor said that ur site actually saved me. I want to thank you for creating such a great site and what wonderful information and support u have”
“Thank you. Thank you. Thank you – all of you wonderful girlfriends! It helps me so much to be understood. All too often I hear people tell me to “just get over it” – like it is as simple as mind over matter. Again, thanks to all of you for your support! We will all survive this ordeal and we will have gained so much from going through it.”

Welcome!! You will find this an incredibly supportive and wise community of women who have all been in your place. We all know what you are going through and, believe me, we all feel for you. If you are in the first throes of this, you are probably alternating between the emotions of deep sorrow and inexplicable rage. It is natural! Don’t let anyone tell you to get over it already and move on. Everyone grieves in their own way and in their own time. Give yourself grace to have those moments when you don’t know what to do next. This is a very scary time. Remember we are here for you and we want to help. You will get amazing advice on this site. So, keep coming back often and we will get you through this together.
