Life Satisfaction & Resilience Survey

2018-08-25T15:25:30+00:00

Dear Midlife Divorce Recovery tribe,

We were recently contacted by a doctoral student who is studying the life satisfaction and resilience of women after divorce for her dissertation. We are excited that we are in a place where we can potentially help her and the world at large better understand the impacts of divorce and resilience of women after divorce.

If you fit the criteria, it would mean a ton to us and Mary Katherine Bush if you could spend the 10-15 minutes going through her survey.

Below is a letter from Mary Katherine explaining the survey and her study.

Thank you again! The Midlife Divorce Recovery team.

I am a doctoral learner under the direction of a chair in the College of Doctoral studies at Grand Canyon University. I am conducting an Institutional Review Board approved research study to examine the levels of perceived life satisfaction and resilience in divorced women.

I am recruiting individuals to complete two short surveys which will take approximately 20 minutes. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the surveys. I appreciate your aiding in this research study. You will find the surveys by clicking on the link at the bottom of this letter.

These are the requirements that you must meet in order to be included in this study: You must be a single American woman (not currently remarried), heterosexual, divorced only one time, currently earning $36,001 or more annually, and between the ages of 30 and 50 years old. If you meet these requirements, please feel free to click on the link below to read and sign the informed consent form, and take the two surveys.

Your participation in this study is voluntary. Your identity will be completely anonymous. If you choose to participate in the study, you may withdraw at any time.
